Prayer for our church
Heavenly Father, we know that through you all things are possible. We ask that you send your Holy Spirit upon our faith community of Calvary Church, so that we may be re-born and transformed through the fire of your grace and love. Give us the strength to do your will, not ours. Bless us with a new vision for our service and mission, open our hearts to welcome all who seek to know you, and send us forth with determination and passion to share your Good News throughout our community; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Sundays, 10:00 a.m. and Wednesdays, 10:00 a.m.

BRANDYWINE COLLABORATIVE MINISTRIES
"You won't be the same again," the preacher tells the boy in Flannery O'Conner's short story, The River, and this is what the Venerable William C. Parnell, Archdeacon of New York, told those gathered on Saturday, January 11, 2014 to celebrate a covenant of mission between three churches: Calvary Church, Hillcrest; Church of the Ascension, Claymont; and Grace Church, Talleyville.
